About Wise Oak Photo

Wise Oak Photo creates emotionally driven wedding, engagement, and elopement photos for couples throughout Sonoma County and destination celebrations beyond the San Francisco Bay Area.

Led by Eric Weisz, the Wise Oak style blends refined editorial composition with natural documentary storytelling to capture genuine connection, atmosphere, and the defining moments of momentous celebrations.

Eric earned a BA in Studio Art from the University of Maine, with additional studies from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University in Boston, and the Maine Media Workshops + College in Rockport.

Eric’s photography background includes more than 500 professional assignments across weddings, portraits, commercial campaigns, collegiate athletics, and editorial work.
